A sweeping musical adventure of one woman's quest to discover her identity and her destiny, ANASTASIA plays in the Jeffers Theatre at HCT from through December 16th.
Making her Hickory Community Theatre debut in this song-and-dance-filled saga is Ensemble member Amelia Bailey.
A Statesville resident and student at Collaborative College of Technology & Leasdership, Bailey also enjoys learning ukulele, reading, hanging out with friends, and singing with the Mitchell Community Chorus. She previously appeared on stage in THE SOUND OF MUSIC for Center Stage Alliance.
"I've always loved the movie and the music soundtrack," says Bailey. She is delighted to be part of ANASTASIA's extremely busy Ensemble and appreciates the welcoming community she's found for this, her first HCT production.
Performances of ANASTASIA are Friday and Saturday, December 15th & 16th at 7:30PM; and, Thursday, December 14th at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $16 for adults, $10 for youth and students.
Tickets are available online at hickorytheatre.org, or by phone at 828-328-2283. The theatre box office is open from 12-5 PM Wednesday through Friday, or one half-hour before a performance.
ANASTASIA is rated G. All audiences admitted.
ANASTASIA is produced in association with Catawba Valley Health System. The Hickory Community Theatre’s 75th season is sponsored by Paramount Automotive, SunBelt Xpress and Green Park Dentistry. HCT is a funded affiliate of the United Arts Council of Catawba County.
