A scrumdiddlyumptious new musical adaptation of Roald Dahl's classic novel, featuring original music and songs from the 1971 film, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY finishes its HCT run this weekend, December 12th—14th.
Returning to the Pamela Livingstone Stage in this production is Oompa Loompas member Manisha Parekh.
A psychologist based in Huntersville, Parekh holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Parekh previously appeared at HCT as an Ensemble member in ROCK OF AGES. Other area credits include 9 TO 5 for Davidson Community Players, LEGALLY BLONDE for Lee Street Theatre, and PUFFS for Piedmont Players. She is very grateful for the creativity of the cast and crew in this production.

Tickets are available online at hickorytheatre.org, or by phone at 828-328-2283. The theatre box office is open from 12-5 PM Wednesday through Friday, or one half-hour before a performance.
