Season 75's Trivia Night series continues!

Attention, trivia enthusiasts! Hickory Community Theatre’s Season 75 Trivia Night series continues on Thursday, October 26th.

Produced in partnership with Anita Doran, Andrew Straw and John Duke, HCT will host a night of live trivia fun on Thursday, October 26th at 7:30PM in the Main Cellar City Club at Duke’s Restaurant and Wine Bar. A percentage of proceeds from the event will go to support HCT's creative and community programming.

Guests are invited to organize teams of up to six people for the event. Paul Sapp will be Commander-In-Trivia for the contest, consisting of three rounds of ten questions on current events, “a presidential history pop quiz", and other topics. For example:

Which two Founding Fathers died on the same day?

A) George Washington and Samuel Adams

B) Thomas Jefferson and John Adams

C) Benjamin Franklin and Patrick Henry

D) John Jay and Alexander Hamilton

(See answer below.)

Prizes, including complimentary tickets to Season 75 performances, will be awarded to the three top-scoring teams. Food and beverage will be available for purchase during the event, with 10% of sales from the event to be donated by Duke's to Hickory Community Theatre.

This is the second of five Trivia Night events scheduled to take place over the course of Season 75. Come join us for a capitol night of knowledge, competitive fun, and community.

The Main Cellar City Club at Duke’s Restaurant and Wine Bar is located at 335 Main Ave SW, Hickory, NC 28601. It is located on the floor below the main dining space, and is accessible from both Main St SW and 1st Ave NW.
