An illuminating journey of women's leadership from the 1960s to the present day, CADILLAC CREW plays in the Firemen’s Kitchen at HCT from February 24th through March 4th.
Returning to the Hickory Community Theatre stage in this production is Paulie Sales as Abby.
Hailing from Catfish, NC, Sales resides in Newton and works as a Processing Assistant for Partners Health Management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from UNC Charlotte. When not at work or on stage, Sales enjoys watching true crime documentaries and horror flicks from the 1990s.
Sales made her HCT debut earlier this season as an Ensemble member in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE. Other area work includes HELLO, DOLLY!, MAMMA MIA!, WILLY WONKA, 9 TO 5, BIG RIVER, BOEING-BOEING, and GUYS & DOLLS at The Green Room Community Theatre.
Sales, who sees much of herself in the character of Abby, appreciates the history and message of CADILLAC CREW. She also appreciates the chance to be the cast member "most likely to have everyone laughing."
Performances of CADILLAC CREW are Fridays and Saturdays, February 24th through March 4th at 7:30 PM; Sunday, February 26th at 2:30 PM; and, Thursday, March 2nd at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $16 for adults, $10 for youth and students.
Tickets are available online at hickorytheatre.org, or by phone at 828-328-2283. The theatre box office is open from 12-5 PM Wednesday through Friday, or one half-hour before a performance.
CADILLAC CREW is rated PG-13 for subject matter.
CADILLAC CREW is produced in association with Corning Optical Communications. The Hickory Community Theatre’s 74th season is sponsored by Paramount Automotive, SunBelt Xpress and Frye Regional Medical Center. HCT is a funded affiliate of the United Arts Council of Catawba County.
